The scheme caters for landlords with domestic tenanted properties be it for individual properties on a one off basis or for larger schedules of properties and provides an immediate hold cover facility.
All types of residential accommodation can be considered.
The policy itself is acceptable to all major lenders and provides a much more cost effective route to insure your property than using lenders in house facilities.
The main policy features are detailed below:
- Standard cover with the option to upgrade to include accidental damage.
- Accidental breakage to fixed glass, sanitary ware and ceramic hobs.
- Full cover for 90 days following the property becoming unoccupied pending
being re-let. - 24 Hours a day 365 days a year dedicated claim line using a freephone number
providing emergency assistance, advice and access to approved contractors in the
event of a claim. - Temporary Accommodation and Loss of Rent up to 20% of the sum insured.
- Property owners liability £2,000,000.
- The cover can also be extended to include Loss of or damage to Landlords
contents for a very reasonable additional premium.
